Event Decor & Design Certification Program The certificate program is specifically designed to promote awareness and understanding of design and decor for those participants who are highly motivated to enter the design field for special events and wedding. The U.S. Event Guide Event Decor & Design Certification Program is a comprehensive and interactive professional curriculum that consists of online classes and hands-on in class lectures designed to teach participants a broad range of design topics and techniques. The program prepares participants with the needed skills and training to become successful professional event design and decor specialists. Graduates of our program design and decorate spaces by utilizing their artistic, creative, and imaginative skills in accordance to our high aesthetic training and standards in order to successfully meet the specifications of their clients.

Although students have up to 5 months to complete the program, it is possible to complete the program in 2 months or less. The program has two parts. The first section has online courses and books that are followed at a pace determined by the student. After finishing the first section, the student will arrange a time to complete the second section. The second section of the training is a 2-day, hands-on class work. Students may select from the following options to participate in the hands-on class work:
Option A: Attend classes in Washington, DC, Rockville, MD, New York, NY, Richmond, VA, Las Vegas, NV, or Atlantic City, NJ.
Option B: If the student is unable to attend the classes, they may take part in the state-of-the-art interactive live video classes which provide communication between instructors and students (No travel or software required).

What training or expertise is required in order to enroll in the Event Decor & Design Program? No matter what previous training you may or may not have, the Program gives you the education and mentoring in order to succeed as an event decor designer. All you need is your interest and desire to acquire a new skill. Currently, the students in our program come from varied backgrounds and encompass a wide range of ages.
Must a student live in the United States in order to apply for the program? No, U.S. Event Guide has international students who are enrolled in the certification program.
Is it possible to study in the program if I am employed full-time? The program is flexible and can be followed at your convenience.
