What training or expertise is
required in order to enroll in the Floral Design and Event Decor & Design Program?
No matter what previous training you
may or may not have, the Program gives you the education and mentoring in order
to succeed as an event decor specialist and floral designer. All you need is your interest and desire to
acquire a new skill. Currently, the students in our program come from varied
backgrounds and encompass a wide range of ages.
Must a student live in the United
States in order to apply for the program?
No, U.S. Event Guide has
international students who are enrolled in the certification program.
Is it possible to study in the
program if I am employed full-time?
The program is flexible and can be
followed at your convenience.
The time frame reflects part-time study, as the majority of
students have outside commitments that make full-time study difficult.
Describe the program.
The program has three parts. The
first and second section has online courses and books that are followed at a pace
determined by the student. After finishing the second section, the student will
arrange a time to complete the third section. The third section of the
training is a 4-day, hands-on class work. Students may select from the following
options to participate in the hands-on class work:
Option A: Attend classes in
Washington, D.C., Miami, FL, New York, NY, Richmond, VA, Las Vegas, NV, or Los
Angeles, CA.
Option B: If the student is
unable to attend the classes, they may take part in the interactive live video
classes which provide communication between instructors and students.
